Done-for-You SEO and AI Search Solutions
Sometimes the problem is clear even when the solution is not.
Organic traffic is declining. A website has accumulated hundreds of poorly organised pages. Content overlaps. Publishing lacks direction. A redesign is approaching. Or a business wants to understand how it is represented across AI-powered search.
These problems rarely fit neatly inside a single SEO discipline.
My Solutions combine the technical, structural, content and analytical work required to investigate a specific search problem, determine what the evidence supports and build a practical path towards a better finished state.
Services Describe What I Do. Solutions Focus on What You Need to Solve.
Technical SEO, Content SEO, Information Architecture, Answer Engine Optimisation, Generative Engine Optimisation and SEO Audits describe areas of expertise.
Real website problems often cross several of them.
A decline in organic traffic, for example, could involve rankings, search demand, click-through rate, technical changes, indexation, content quality, competing URLs, internal linking or changes to the search results themselves.
Starting with a predefined tactic risks solving the wrong problem.
My Solutions start with the problem instead.
Problem → Evidence → Diagnosis → Appropriate Disciplines → Action → Validation
The objective is to identify what is actually happening, apply the capabilities required to address it and leave you with defined deliverables and a clear next step.
Find the Solution That Matches Your Search Problem
SEO Traffic Decline Diagnosis and Recovery
Organic visibility has fallen and you need to understand why.
A decline in clicks or organic traffic does not automatically mean rankings have fallen. Search demand, click-through rate, page visibility, technical changes, indexation, competing URLs and SERP changes can all affect performance.
I investigate where the decline occurred, what changed and what evidence supports the likely causes before recommending recovery actions.
What the solution can include:
Google Search Console analysis, landing-page analysis, query segmentation, ranking distribution, CTR investigation, search-demand analysis, technical review, content review, indexation analysis, competing-URL investigation and prioritised recovery recommendations.
Finished state:
A documented diagnosis showing what changed, where the problem is concentrated, what the available evidence suggests and what should be prioritised next.

Website Architecture Rebuild
Your website has grown without a clear structure and important pages no longer have obvious relationships.
As websites expand, new pages, categories and content can accumulate without a consistent architectural model. The result can be unclear hierarchy, overlapping page purposes, weak internal relationships and difficult navigation.
I analyse the existing website and rebuild its architecture around page purpose, search intent, topic relationships, user journeys and business priorities.
What the solution can include:
URL inventory, page classification, search-intent mapping, query-to-page mapping, hierarchy design, topic architecture, content hubs, consolidation recommendations, navigation structure, URL recommendations and internal-link architecture.
Finished state:
A documented website architecture in which important pages have defined purposes, logical relationships and a clear place within the wider site.

Content Consolidation and Cannibalisation Cleanup
Your website contains overlapping, outdated or competing content and you no longer know what should stay.
Publishing more content over time can create multiple pages covering similar topics or targeting related queries. But similarity alone does not prove SEO cannibalisation.
I combine content analysis with search-intent and query-to-page evidence to determine where pages genuinely compete, where they serve different purposes and where consolidation may improve the overall content estate.
What the solution can include:
Content inventory, page-purpose analysis, query-to-page analysis, search-intent comparison, content-overlap investigation, cannibalisation validation, consolidation decisions, target-page selection, redirect recommendations and internal-link changes.
Pages can then be classified according to the evidence:
Keep. Improve. Merge. Reposition. Redirect. Remove. Investigate further.
Finished state:
A clearer content estate with defined page purposes and an actionable plan for addressing unnecessary duplication, overlap and internal competition.
SEO Content System
You are publishing content but there is no clear system determining what should be created, why it should exist or how it supports the rest of the website.
An effective content strategy is more than a list of keywords or a calendar of blog topics.
I build the underlying search and content architecture that connects audience needs, search demand, search intent, existing pages, topic relationships and business objectives.
What the solution can include:
Content inventory, topic mapping, query research, search-intent mapping, content-gap analysis, page-purpose definition, primary and supporting page relationships, topic architecture, editorial planning, content prioritisation, SEO briefs and internal-link requirements.
Finished state:
A structured content system showing what content should exist, what purpose each page serves, how topics relate and what should be created or improved next.

AI Search Visibility System
You want to understand how your organisation is represented across AI-powered search and what may be influencing that representation.
AI search visibility should not be evaluated from a handful of manually selected prompts or reduced to a single visibility score.
I use a repeatable testing framework to establish a baseline, record observable behaviour and investigate the website, content, entities, evidence and sources associated with that representation.
What the solution can include:
Prompt-set development, brand and non-brand testing, mention tracking, citation observations, cited-URL analysis, source analysis, entity-accuracy checks, topic-association analysis, technical accessibility, answer structure, first-party evidence, structured information and external corroboration.
The process follows a repeatable cycle:
Define → Test → Record → Repeat → Compare → Investigate → Improve → Retest
Finished state:
A documented AI search visibility baseline, identified representation and evidence gaps, an AEO and GEO improvement roadmap and a repeatable framework for future monitoring.
SEO Migration Protection
Your website is being redesigned, restructured, replatformed or moved and existing organic visibility needs to be protected.
SEO should be incorporated before a migration launches, not investigated after traffic disappears.
I document the existing search environment, identify important URLs and relationships, define migration requirements and validate the new website before and after launch.
What the solution can include:
Pre-migration crawl, URL inventory, organic landing-page analysis, URL mapping, redirect planning, information architecture review, canonical requirements, internal-link requirements, robots directives, XML sitemaps, structured data checks, launch validation and post-migration monitoring.
Finished state:
A migration in which SEO requirements are documented before launch, critical URLs and relationships are accounted for and post-launch changes can be systematically monitored.
How a Done-for-You Solution Works
The exact work depends on the problem, but the underlying process remains evidence-led.
01. Define the Problem
Establish what is happening, why it matters and what the desired finished state looks like.
This prevents the engagement from beginning with a predetermined tactic.
02. Establish the Evidence
Collect the information needed to investigate the problem.
Depending on the solution, this may include crawl data, Google Search Console, analytics, URL inventories, existing content, website architecture, search results or controlled AI search observations.
03. Diagnose
Separate what the data shows from what the evidence suggests.
Where the evidence is incomplete, I identify what still needs investigation rather than presenting an assumption as a conclusion.
04. Build the Solution
Apply the appropriate combination of technical SEO, content SEO, information architecture, search analysis, AEO or GEO.
The work is determined by the diagnosed problem rather than by a fixed list of SEO activities.
05. Deliver and Implement
Translate the findings into concrete deliverables, recommendations and implementation requirements.
Where implementation forms part of the agreed scope, changes can be executed or supported according to the solution.
06. Validate and Measure
Check that recommendations were implemented as intended and establish the appropriate measurements for evaluating what happens next.
What You Receive
A done-for-you Solution should produce something you can actually use.
Depending on the engagement, deliverables may include:
Analysis and Diagnosis
Documented observations, supporting evidence, diagnosed problems, uncertainties and priorities.
Maps and Frameworks
Website architecture maps, query-to-page maps, content systems, redirect maps, internal-link models or AI search testing frameworks.
Prioritised Recommendations
Actions organised around factors such as evidence, potential impact, business relevance, effort, dependencies and risk.
Implementation Requirements
Clear specifications describing what needs to change and how the recommended state should work.
Measurement Plan
The metrics and observations required to validate implementation and monitor subsequent performance.
The deliverables should make the reasoning behind the recommendations inspectable rather than leaving you with a generic list of SEO issues.
The Right Solution May Involve Several SEO Disciplines
Search problems do not respect service categories.
A Website Architecture Rebuild may require Information Architecture, Content SEO and Technical SEO.
An SEO Traffic Decline investigation may combine Search Performance Analysis, Technical SEO, Content SEO and Information Architecture.
AI Search Visibility can involve AEO, GEO, entity clarity, content quality, technical accessibility and external evidence.
SEO Migration Protection can involve Technical SEO, Information Architecture, Content SEO and performance monitoring.
That is the purpose of the Solutions model.
Instead of asking you to determine which SEO discipline you need before the problem has been investigated, the engagement begins with the outcome you are trying to achieve.
Evidence Before Recommendations
I do not want a Solutions page to imply that every SEO problem has a predetermined answer.
Two websites showing the same symptom can have very different underlying causes.
A traffic decline may originate from rankings, search demand, CTR, technical changes or several factors occurring simultaneously.
Content overlap may represent genuine internal competition, or the pages may satisfy legitimately different search intents.
An AI system failing to cite a website does not, by itself, reveal why the source was not selected.
My approach is therefore to distinguish between:
What the data shows.
What the evidence suggests.
What still needs investigation.
Recommendations follow that diagnosis.
What These Solutions Do Not Promise
SEO and AI search operate in environments that no individual consultant controls.
I therefore do not promise specific rankings, traffic increases, featured answers, AI citations, brand mentions or recommendations from generative systems.
Where measurable outcomes are available, they should be evaluated against the available evidence and appropriate time period.
The objective of these Solutions is to improve the website and its search system through defensible analysis, deliberate implementation and measurable observation, not to manufacture guarantees.
See the Work Behind the Solutions
A commercial description can explain what a Solution includes, but the work itself provides the stronger evidence.
My Projects document specific SEO deliverables, methodologies, analyses and frameworks.
My Case Studies go further by showing how evidence, diagnosis, strategy, implementation and measurement connect when solving a broader search problem.
Not Sure Which Solution Fits?
You do not need to diagnose the SEO problem before contacting me.
If you can describe what has changed, what is not working or what you are trying to achieve, I can determine whether one of these Solutions is appropriate or whether the problem requires a different approach.
